24/7 Emergency Service · San Diego County
Hospital bedside, hospice, ICU, jail, and last-minute after-hours signings — anywhere in San Diego County, around the clock. When the signing can't wait until morning, call. I respond fast, I show up prepared, and I treat every emergency call with the urgency and dignity it deserves.
Emergencies don't wait. A loved one is in the hospital and the family needs a Power of Attorney signed before surgery. A trust has to be amended tonight. A jail signing needs to happen before morning court. A signer is in hospice and time is short.
I take these calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and holidays. Call or text (619) 756-9099 with your location and the document type. I'll quote travel upfront, confirm I can be there, and start driving.
I regularly serve every major San Diego hospital and care facility:
California law is strict — and protective — about who can sign a notarized document. To complete the notarization, the signer must:
If the patient is sedated, on a ventilator, or otherwise unable to acknowledge the document, California law requires me to decline the notarization. Please call before I dispatch if you're unsure — I'd rather have a 5-minute phone call than make a trip that can't be completed.
I am a notary public, not an attorney. I cannot draft, fill in, advise on, or interpret legal documents. If you need legal guidance, please consult an attorney first.

From $25
Modest add-on for service after 7 PM, before 7 AM, or on holidays. Quoted upfront.

Yes. I provide bedside mobile notary service at all major San Diego hospitals — Scripps Mercy, Sharp Memorial, UC San Diego Health, Kaiser Zion, Sharp Grossmont, Palomar Medical Center, Scripps Encinitas, and others. The signer must be conscious, alert, able to communicate, and able to sign their name (or direct another to sign in their presence).
For most central San Diego ZIP codes, I can typically arrive within 60–90 minutes once the call is confirmed. Hospital, hospice, and end-of-life signings get priority routing. Call or text (619) 756-9099 with your location and document type for the fastest response.
Standard travel and notarial act fees apply during normal hours. Service after 7:00 PM, before 7:00 AM, and on holidays may include a modest after-hours convenience fee, quoted upfront. Hospital and hospice signings are accommodated as quickly as possible regardless of time.
California law requires the signer to be conscious, mentally aware of what they are signing, and able to communicate — either verbally or by clear, unambiguous nodding. If the patient is sedated, on a ventilator, or unable to acknowledge the document, I am legally required to decline. Call before scheduling — I can help you assess whether the signing can move forward.
Andre came to the hospital on short notice and was incredibly compassionate with my mother during a very difficult time. Professional, kind, and quick.
Andre has been a fantastic business partner in our industry! He's always on time, accountable and a great example of professionalism.
I asked for a quote and he responded in less than one hour. He was prompt to our appointment time as well.
