Who is the owner?

My name is Andre Andersen. I'm a war-time, United States Navy Veteran (1994-2005). I hold to a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor Information Technology and a Master of Science degree in Educational/Instructional Technology. I speak two languages fluently, Spanish and English. I have been a professor of Information Technology since 2005 and currently teach at several colleges in the San Diego and Oceanside area. I have taught thousands of students over the years and have seen many go on to rewarding careers.

I decided to start my business in 2015 as a Mobile Notary and was commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of California on December 10th of 2015. In addition I have taken Loan Signing, LiveScan Fingerprinting and Individual Taxation courses to compliment my Notary Public skill set. I am a member of the National Notary Association and my goal is to one day teach courses on Notary Public processes.

I have lived in San Diego for over 24 years and take pride in serving the finest city in the USA. Inspiration for starting this business was based on personal experiences and the demand for a trustworthy and knowledgeable mobile notary. Making sure the notary needs of customers are met is my passion and I strive to uphold that reputation daily.

WHAT IS A NOTARY PUBLIC ?

A notary public is considered a public officer, which has been appointed by a state government. The primary duties of a notary public is to assist in preventing fraudulent acts by witnessing the signing and verifying the authenticity of documents. Aside from these common duties that every notary public performs, other duties are also performed by notary publics. I am a certified Notary Public commissioned by the California Secretary of State. I have extensive experience as a Mobile Notary Public in the State of California, specifically San Diego and surrounding cities providing round the clock notarial services at the location of the customers choice.
